"Ditto," I have a 660 and I'm not able to download with Delorme or Microsoft. I understand there is software out there that is downloadable to the 660 but the name escapes me.
RE: winter travel
Just got back from Northern Maine; coldest night was 10 degrees. We winterized the rig 3 weeks ago. We didn't un-winterize it. We brought bottled water and used my daughters bathroom. We were parked in the driveway and were warm as toast with our gas furnace and a ceramic heater. Breakfast and lunch and a couple of dinners were in the motorhome. We had the Grandchildren with us most of the time. It was great.

I have the 8.1 and I love it. I have a Duramax that I drive at work and I hate it. It's a Suzuki (sp) engine. The 8.1 has more power and it's a lot quieter! There's only a mile or so difference in fuel mileage.

Forget about selling, we'll have a hard time giving these rigs away! I bought my rig four years ago and fuel was 1.23 per gallon. What I want to know is how and why did it go from 1.23 to 3.19. It's obvious to me; 30 billion per quarter profits for the oil companies and if they're publishing 30 billion, they made 60 billion plus, whose kidding who! The government should outlaw the selling of oil futures and for that matter all commodities futures. It's very easy to fix the price of futures. We shouldn't stop here; we should nationalize the oil companies. I think I'll write my senator!
